Christmas has been super good to me this year. Apart from getting tons of lovely presents, my hubby and I got lots of cash… which of course, came in handy since we were planning on doing reno over the holiday, plus we needed a new couch and I needed a new phone, etc.
BUT! I managed to still save us money. I found a perfect couch at United Furniture Warehouse, but Johnny and I were fighting...

First up: Canadians do not say “aboot”. Let me say this again: THEY DO NOT SAY “ABOOT”. However. They do not pronounce it the way we (American/British/etc accented people) do. They pronounce it quite literally, actually. Take the word, “about”, and then take out the “a”. What are you left with? Boat. A - boat....
